Our Coaching Process

Coaching begins with an in-person introductory meeting. The coach and client work together to determine the best way to forge a partnership tailored to the client's needs.

Emerge features flexible scheduling. After the introductory meeting, coaching is done by phone or in person depending upon the client's preference. This communication is the time for checking in, reviewing action items and modifying goals if needed.
