Meet the Coaches

Jan Stewart

Emerge with Coaching was founded by Jan Stewart as a resource for individuals seeking to attain their goals with the help of coaching. Jan is uniquely gifted with an aptitude for developing individual and team talents and energizing group performance. Her coaching style is effective in focusing on individuals who want to grow personally and professionally.

Prior to becoming a coach, Jan worked in the public and private sector for twenty years. Most recently she was a program director in a local public school system and a recruiter for a publishing company and a search firm specializing in retail opportunities.

Jan is a certified teacher and received her coaches training from the Coaches Training Institute based in San Rafael, CA.

Karen Scibinico

Karen Scibinico is a partner in Emerge with Coaching, and provides a unique blend of business, education and management experience. Karen served as a dean and director of the Center for Executive and Professional Education at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. She led a staff of twenty-five professionals, directed several advisory boards comprised of area business people, and trained hundreds of adjunct faculty members. She received her training from the Coaches Training Institute based in San Rafael, CA .

Specializing in improving communication, organizational and leadership skills, both in individuals and teams, Karen is an action-oriented, energetic facilitator and trainer who recognizes the value and contribution of each individual and what it takes to make a successful team.

She focuses on helping small business owners increase their productivity. With her coaching, clients learn organizational tools and systems in their own work environment that can be immediately applied to their business.
